6:30-10. I work there. We've tried to change the hours multiple times and we keep on getting flagged for false edits.

Why was I charged a $2.00 transaction fee for paying for my order with debit?
Perhaps the question was asked if you'd like to make a donation to a cause, you may have answered ya without hearing the question clearly. I know it's hard to understand what is being said over the speaker sometimes. However you should not have been charged to use your debit card, that is not a practice that McDonald's engages in. You should notify head office, hopefully you kept your receipt.
